Answers are from practical work experience. I started in 1963 as a painting contractor in Los Angeles, California. By 1972 my work experience had been influenced by a Dutch Master from Friesland in Holland and was an incredible creative experience. Also four years of advanced paint formulation taught at Los Angeles Trade Technical College. Then forty years owning paint stores in southern California serving thousands of customers and countless thousands of technical paint questions.
